I need some help, I am very new to android coming from iPhone, I rooted and unlocked my phone with no issues, however I installed CWM did a nandroid backup before I installed cyanogenmod 10. Here comes the weird part, after installing cyanogenmod 10 I went to restore my nandroid factory backup now get this CWM is not there it was replaced by TRWP or what ever it is I click to install my backup and the list is blank, I do find my backup if I go through my SD card however TRWP won't let me choose a location to install a recovery, so my question is what folder do I transfer my nandroid backup to so TRWP can let me install it?

never mind i figured it out myself i d/l rom manager flashed clockwork recovery mod. But after the restore the phone would only boot to the HTC ONE screen and wouldn't go any further no matter what i tired so i flashed the phone via one v all in one kit and vola my backup restored without a problem
