HTC one x erased rom,cache partition everything now only fastboot is available

Hi friends my htc one x was rooted and had a custom rom and then i wanted to install stock rom.so for that by seeing some tutorial i mistakenly cleared data,cache partition.now it is just hanging in 'htc quitly brilliant' logo not charging continuosly.it will boot to fastboot and everytime it shows battery level is very low to flash and when i select recovery or wipe data it again boot to white background with 'htc quitly brilliant'then after a 30-45 sec it will be switched off

Please help my friends i am stuck i dont know what to do
