i also paid the 549.00 and got it from att. i would have gone the the unlocked one x however i need my LTE i have it in my area has been since last year and its super fast so i am cool with it locked to att and less storage i use cloud services for everything anyway.

Yeah its $549.99 outright in my store. You could do an early upgrade if youre 6 months into your contract though... You would have to check the store near you and see what their policy is with that but you can get it alot cheaper than $549.99. I got mine on Friday and i love it.

I am thinking about using it with Straight Talk. $45 a month for unlimited everything.

Data is really limited to 2GB though.

The Tegra 3 version looks good, but it seems that the S4 version has better battery life.

The UK version has a quad core processor and 32GB of storage if im not mistaken... That would jack up the price definitely.

i agree with what this guy said i think the extra cores and storage makes it jump in cost
