So I used Widget Locker on my Atrix and that let me wake the phone with the volume buttons, however that isn't working on the HOX. Any other ways you guys know to do this other than with widget locker or with the top power button?

I think there's a neat app called Tap Tap App (someone mentioned it on another thread, I haven't had a chance to try it yet though) - which can wake your phone if you hold/slide your finger over the proximity sensor. Folks say it works very well.

I just tried it out. It doesn't actually work very well - only wakes the screen like 1/3 - 1/2 of the time I do it. Maybe I am not doing it right... but the proximity sensor seems to be in the top left corner of the screen.

The app reviews list instructions to set it to "tap tap tap" and "intermediate sensor sensitivity," which I have done, but still not working super well.

I wish there was some gesture I could do on the screen to wake it up (without battery drain, haha).

Ya I tried the Tap Tap App. Didn't work great for me.
