Well, I have the International 3g/HSPA version, and I am stuck on 1.28 too.

So even when you have the right phone doesn't mean it gets pushed timely.

I AM ON THE 1.73 isn't this what the whole htc fix was to get around the apple deal the usa att models have different software per verge could this be why we have diff version numbers.
