HTC HD200 Media Link + Google Play Streaming

Does anyone know if the HTC HD200 will allow me to stream Google Play rentals to the big screen?

On the Transformer Prime Google Play playback is blocked through micro HDMI. I wouldn't want to invest in the HD200 if it is going to block rental playback, just trying to find a device until Google TV launches in Canada.

i havent tried this yet with mine but i will at work tomorrow. thats where i have it set up. I will note that it allowed me to stream netflix, but i did have issues with stream HBO GO and MAX Go as well as At&t Uverse. Youtube was a bit flaking at times but worked for the most part

Downloaded a 5p film during a promotion weekend and streamed it to my tv.

Thanks guys, yup that's the one Gurraj. What I'm trying to find out though is if a Google Play movie rental will stream through it or not since Hollywood likes to block this kind of stuff.

I downloaded the film from HTC watch and it worked, I am assuming that it would work the same with Google Play films?

I may download a film from the Play store soon and try it, will let you know.
