Stores been instructed that the phone only has to power up. Phone doesn't need to work.

With a new contract for a new line of service. So, you can't simply use that offer to replace your existing phone.

Bought mine at Wal Mart July 30th for $79.98. Awesome price for a great phone. Now I wish I had waited. Could've gave them my old HTC Hero for the extra fitty!
