I can not install the update. It fails about one third away in recovery. The recovery icon turns red error and stops.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?

presumably you do not have the phone connected to your computer (it can't be connected while downloading the update). is your battery fully charged? if not fully charged, the ota can fail. sorry i don't have any other suggestions. hope it works out for you.

Not connected. Also just saw another person with the same issue yesterday. Update failing in recovery.

Maybe there is an error which is why its not widely available at the moment.
