First one had a faulty speaker,

second one kept restarting.....

now on my 3rd...... still has the wifi signal restarting issue though even though the guy in the shop said it was a new batch.

anyways I have 30days in which im allowed to return this one, might return it near the end to see if i can get a newer version of the onex

Is this the AT&T model?

Have you checked for software update?
It doesn't sound like you and the AT&T guy were talking about the same WIFI glitch, because what you describe is a software issue.
