I received the 4.0.4 + Sense 4.1 update just days ago thanks to Vodafone... I will tell you when I get that update 2 months from now...! ;-)

Cooper has an international model, so the update wouldn't be from vodafone.

See this post: url.bin download finished. What is this? Maybe its related?

DB: what version of software are you running on the HOX?
This could be some minor fix, or it could be something in preparation for JellyBean.
12meg is pretty small.

I found on XDA forums that it was a bug update but they didn't specify what for.

After the update installed, says I am running Software # 2.18.751.7

Still, the name is ominous. URL!

Maybe they are fixing the url handling that some complain about (mostly at&t models) but it seems just as likely they are crippling it more.

Can you run some tests with urls in text messages and emails? Including those that lack the http:// bit?
