How do you do screen shots?

I'm new to the one X. I searched the forum and didn't see an answer on how to capture a screen shot? Anyone willing to tell me?

Hold the power button down then tap he home button. The screen will flash and you'll get a popup telling you it worked

Also you could try the ICS method:
Hold down the power button and the volume down button.
Advantage is that it puts the screenshots in their own folder in the gallery.
