Hi, my One X is about six months old. I had an AT&T Software update notice last night, I accepted and it went to black screen with the green arrows and everything appeared to be working good. It then went to Optimizing Applications, it was at 2 of 88 so I left the phone be and when I checked back about 2 hours later it still said the same, I let it go one more hour and then did a long restart.

Now the phone will not wake from sleep. I have to do a long restart to get it back to working. I disabled sleep and it'll stay and work without a problem but as soon as I let it sleep I have to do a long restart to get it back.

I was able to connect to PC and get pictures off so I was thicking about just doing a factory reset but thought I'd see if there was some way to fix it without doing that.
