When I'm on a call, sometimes all incoming and outgoing audio just shuts off, can't switch audio to phone or speakerphone, it shows I have switched, but nothing, the call is still active, but no sound on headset, speakerphone, or phone. Caller on other end hears nothing either. I have to go to settings turn off Bluetooth, and shut down phone, then power back on. At&t version, not rooted, using plantronics voyager pro plus. Please help. Thanks
