Mine got a Camera upgrade.
It said something about battery usage improvement to the camera.
It was pretty small, and announced itself on the Notification bar with a different symbol than the market updates.
It was clearly from HTC rather than the market.

I can't see any difference, but the Camera App is now version 4.0.522443 (no clue what it was before).
