    Question HTC One X- Telephone keypad buttons 1,2 and 3 not responding

    Hi all,
    Really strange problem my HTC One X has, the 1,2 and 3 buttons in the telephone keypad are not working or responding to touch, its like they are not there.

    Elsewhere though in other applications this area of the screen works fine

    Ive tried factory resets and looking on the web but can not find anything.

    Also the factory reset button is blanked out, not sure if this is related.

    Can someone help?
