If the batteries are the same size would there be any issues just buying a One X+ battery to use in One X in an effort to get better battery life?

What do you mean by size? as in physical size or capacity size?

You do know the One X/One X+ have non-removable batteries?
Also what would you do? The battery on the one x and one x + is an internal battery therefore being unable to just swap out like you could do on a phone such as a note galaxy nexus and so on.
Yeah you would have to disassemble the phone and then voids the warranty and who knows if It would even work

Haha apologies just realised they aren't removable
Its all good.
I have an htc one x, but I hate the non-removable batteries. Hope htc can change the design in the future.
I think non removable batteries are the futureQuote:

Seems like no body answered you question lol. But no they are not, the one x+ has a slightly bigger battery(2100mAh) where as the one x has a smaller one (1800mAh)
