HTC One X $ 0.99 on ATT site
I can't believe this phone has been so heavily discounted on ATT, so much that it really makes me think they will never update it to Jelly Bean. Samsung GS3 is still $199. And they started out with the same price. I am still glad I chose HOX and payed $200 for it but it's gotta hurt some.

I got mine at $99, but that is still quite saddening though. It's still one heck of a phone...

Re: HTC One X $ 0.99 on ATT site
the S3 was .99c on amazon for a day, a couple months ago... wanna say it was the week after thanksgiving
either way, the phone is almost a year old and HTC didn't advertise for the One X like Samsung did for the S3 (samsung spent a ridonkulous amount of money advertising)
I will always prefer HTC to any other android manufacturer, but I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Note 3 when it comes out... beastly phone from the sounds of it haha

Re: HTC One X $ 0.99 on ATT site
I actually like having the battery the way it is now... Having a removable battery is nice, but if you constantly replace the battery it wears on the connectors (after a long period of time) and having batteries just sit can cause the cells to die off faster. I've always had better battery life out of phones with nonremovable batteries compared to those that have the removable batteries.
The only thing I like about removable batteries is the option to get a larger capacity battery in there.

Re: HTC One X $ 0.99 on ATT site
Got mine as well for .99 cents .................. but I'm thinking this will be my last HTC phone ( too long for updates) ---- my son got a GS3 and has already updated. I had an Inspire before this and it took almost a year before they updated to 4.0 ---- ended up rooting ..................which is where I'll prolly be going with this one :-)

Heavy discounts appear when a new phone from same brand is coming out.
