if you already have your phone unlocked, this doesn't apply... but once you get a new phone (at contract price) then yes, it is.... they will never stop us from hacking our devices.... its like if car dealerships told you "you can't modify this car at all" when purchasing a new car.... complete crap

For me it is less about what they can do to enforce it, or whether or not we should or should not, but more about how politicians in Washington think they can do whatever they want when they want. To think they have the right to dictate what we do with something we own is incredible, locked or unlocked. What a bunch of crap......

I agree with you, its quite honestly the dumbest law ever!
