How do i make my HTC one x , wallpaper move when i scroll left or right?

This is something that is automatically in Sense... I assume you have upgraded to JellyBean? HTC took this animation out of sense, for whatever reason, and can only be applied through a Rom, like ViperXL has it.

Unfortunately if you have upgraded to JellyBean, there is no exploit quiet yet to unlock and root... so you will have to wait some time for HTC to unlock it as a courtesy (ya right) or an exploit is found and you root.

There is one option for you, but you won't be able to use any Sense widgets in the process... Download Nova Launcher and use that as your launcher, instead of Rosie(this is what sense uses), and the wallpaper will scroll as fast or as slow or backwards even

I have the same problom, but it was just when I changed to a new wall paper. when I updated it the picture was still going right and left. sad I really loved that feature...
