Hey, I am back now. I haven't a clue as to what I did in the past other than trying to flash a new rom. It wouldn't connect to the computer, wouldn't show as a drive, only show in the device manager . I did a lot of research on all the forums I could find. One place said to download this rom and that. That didn't work or give the indications it was. I tried one more and installed off the computer and behold I have a phone again. After calling HTC tech help they only wanted me to send the phone in and pay $500 to restore it and get an insurance. Well not to be more careful of what I try to instal or change. I will add to that I changed the usb cord for the phone and used a cord from a Samsung Rugby and it worked where the original OEM cord didn't.
