    I think you ignore that part. Along with the blinking TAMPERED in red text. That is just text that HTC puts on there when you unlock your bootloader.

    That's not an issue. It happens to all of us when we root the phone. If you follow the directions for achieving S-Off, you can get rid of the warning. Personally I display mine like a badge of honor...showing that I broke the chains of carrier bondage and set my phone free!
