Notification features on new update!?

After today's update I thought we have expandable notifications with jelly bean. I haven't been able to get this to work. Anyone can help me out with this.

Have you tried the two-finger drag? After pulling down the notification shade like normal, if you have a notification there, do a two-finger drag down should expand them. You can do the two finger drag up to shrink them again. I will have to test on my wife's HOX when I get home to confirm that Sense has this, but that is how it works on non-Sense... get it? Nonsense? Ah, nevermind,

I tried and it is not working. It doesn't work with messages, mail, or the jb notification test app.

You have to pinch out to expand the notifications, it's not pull down for sense. At least that's the way it is on Viper. Then you pinch it back in to un-expand it.
