How to choose carrier on One X?

There is an option in Samsung TouchWiz (and default Android) where you can pick your carrier.
It's in: Settings -> [Wireless] -> Other settings -> Mobile ... -> Choose carrier
(Notice: These are not the exact words as I used a localized version.)

But I can't find the same option in One X / HTC Sense. It's running the latest OTA update.
How could I pick my carrier? (It's important as I cross the border quite often, and the carriers *love* to keep me outside of my country just to make me pay horrendous prices.)
