I have not received the Jelly Bean update???

Can anyone tell me why I haven't received the update yet? And how can I get it? I have checked daily for software updates and I get nothing. I have several friends that received it over a month ago. Thanks.

no expert here, but I am pretty sure the update was pulled because it had some bugs. I hope they are working on another and it will be released soon.
