Default Where to buy non carrier branded version?

Hey guys..I'd like to know a decent source in the USA to buy a non carrier branded version? Do places like Best Buy offer these versions? Just trying to get my ducks in a row before launch,

Best Buy definitely only offers branded phones. Your best bet is a reputable seller on eBay, in my opinion. Lots of cell phone stores sell new unlocked phones there.

Best Buy offers non-carrier unlocked phones, but never carry them in store, only online.

It maybe slightly off topic, does carrier branded version means there will be a carrier logo on the phone? Or it just means that the cell phone is made to a certain carrier's specification eg different LTE bands etc...

I have used in Nevada several times. Trustworthy but not cheap.

Negri is not very trust worthy from my experience. I bought my GSM Galaxy Nexus from them and was told that they would warranty/repair it if was within one year. 3 months in the wifi on the phone broke and they told me to contact samsung in japan to figure it out myself, or they could repair it for a fee and that it would take 3 months.

It means that the phone is made for the network and will have carrier branding as well. They go hand in hand.
