Does it bother anyone else other than me that HTC is releasing this phone within days of the S4, yet it's phone will run an older version of JB? Has HTC come out and said that they plan on bringing 4.2 and eventually KLP to the One, or is this going to be HTC's usual song and dance? One thing worth noting is that this may very well be HTC's last phone if it doesn't sell well, this in culmination with the phone releasing with 4.1 scares me and is keeping me from considering it as my next daily driver.
