OK, So I may test drive a One for 30 Days

As I stated in my now famous "Total Fail" thread, I wanted to like the One.

I am attracted to the :

1. aluminum construction
2. speakers and Beats audio
3. Call quality

Although my concerns remain(as bolstered by numerous professional reviews), I will give it a go and if not happy return it for an S4.

Go with your first choice.. it's always the best choice.

too bad you won't be able to test the phone for 30 days and return it since you only get 14 days

Confirmed you are right. So I will wait for the S4 to have an official release date, then take a 14 day test drive.

I think it is still state law in California that the company must let you return a cell phone within 30 days

You only get 14 days. And you will have to pay a $35 restock fee as well. Id just wait for the s4 to come. Go see them in person and decide. Thats what im going to do.
