Yeah I just want to see lol. Apparently theirs is one of the few that went from backordered to a shipping date. So let's see.

I know this has most likely been answered but still wondering will the developer eddition work on tmobike network? Hspa+ and LTE ?
Out of the box it will work with tmo lte and 1900 hspa.
There is a theory that you could flash tmo radio firmware when it's available and unlock 1700 hspa as well.

i contacted letstalk.com to try and get them to upgrade me to free overnight, they refused without a code (if anyone has an unused one please PM me), they did however, offer me free two day shipping. At least I got something out of it.

Does anyone have an idea of the expected delivery? Are they actually SHIPPING on the 18th, or is this like Apple where it's supposed to be delivered on the available date. I paid for overnight shipping. Does that mean it will ship the 18th and I'll have it the 19th (first batch of preorders)?
That's what I'd assume. Even when I pre-ordered stuff from VZW they would ship on availability in-store date, not before that.
Yeah for the most part this is the case but last year people were getting GS3's a day or 2 early, even from Verizon. I wouldn't be surprised that some get the device a day before while most get the day off.
while i did not get free overnight shipping, i did just win 2 free tickets to the htc presents the one concert series to see pharrell on friday, i guess that's better than nothing lol 
Whenever I a pre-order from VZW it was always shipped day of sale, not sooner.
Apple stuff though ships out from distribution so it arrives on for-sale date.

Let's Talk has availability dates of the 18th, or 24? depending upon when you ordered. It has been a communications mess so far. From the answering machine saying they were closed to the multiple ship dates. If they don't send out tracking info by Thursday night, there will be a few that just go to an AT&T store Friday morning for it. The price is the same off contract - but you will pay tax, and no free case. Maybe Let's Talk will get their act together in time..

It makes no difference to some, whom are going to stay with AT&T likely until the next best phone arrives. You can always sell an AT&T phone and move somewhere else if needed.
I'm hoping Let's Talk comes through by Friday and then the unlocked phone can be enjoyed, and sold later to any AT&T or T Mobile user in the US.

My order says "customer contact required", do I really have to contact LetsTalk for my order, or is this something that appears for most people and goes away on its own? I prefer not to bother calling them considering all the stories I'm hearing about their support (or lack of). Anyone have experience in this situation?
