I got my HTC One from Best Buy on the 19th. They did the initial set up for me. My contacts transferred but not my pics but I kept my micro SD card from my old phone so I still have them. I noticed that my phone had no sprint bloatware on it at all. I was pleasantly surprised and didn't think much of it, until.... I had a real minor issue with my SMS's changing font color on it's own so I tried a restart. My phone restarted but immediately did a factory reset on it's own. I lost the pictures I had taken my apps and then it installed the Sprint bloatware. Did Best Buy skip something when they set the phone up?
