Phone Frozen after new update!!!

So my phone is now stuck on the HTC ONE screen and has been there for over 30 minutes. How long should this update take???

I did...and it just brings me back to the same screen...I've done it 3 times already

I just tried to do a factory reset and it is still stuck on the same screen!

Nope...AT&T update killed my damn phone...thank you AT&T...I had to get a "refurbished" one that is in worse physical condition that the one I originally had...and the first one I got on July 3rd!!!

Sounds like you got a refurbished piece of garbage. You should have declined it when they first gave it to you. I know it's a huge pain, but you do have that right. Can you get to Recovery and clear the cache partition?

Yeah it is definitely a piece of garbage!!! I tried everything and it just would not work so I took the refurbished ONE and am on the phone with AT&T right now to see what else can be done about this

I would not take a refurbished phone for their update killing my phone... There is just no way. I'd be calling the BBB if they didn't want to work with me.. That's just ridiculous.
