ok, how do you select text on the htc one?

it is the only "feature" that really drives me mad. on the iphone it was relatively easy to select text to copy elsewhere.


i might be doing it wrong but what is the proper way to have them both select cursors appear?

so far it has really been hit and miss for me, tapping the screen galore with one or two fingers until they appear.

I've always found tapping and holding on a word for a few seconds will bring it up (you may have to release your finger for it to select after holding for a few seconds). Perhaps try that.

I just hold down the section I want to highlight and it selects and cursor appears and I can drag the portion I want
