HTC One outbound SMS not working

I am currently on the CM11 Latest Nightly 11-20131210-m7att on my HTC One AT&T. After following the instructions on the SMSC Updates wiki (SMSC Updates - CyanogenMod) I am still unable to send SMS. I can receive SMS and send/receive MMS with no issues. Would a complete wipe and re-install help?

OK, so here is the stupidly simple fix to this issue. If you have Voice+ installed, disable it. Outbound SMS will work after that!
