Sprint HTC One: KitKat 4.4.2 Update Thread.

So the update is now available to pull down directly to your device..

Go to Settings/System Updates/HTC Software Update

Feel free to discuss your thoughts on the update.

Tip:

Don't forget if your seeing unusual battery usage or other issues consider the common fix (factory reset) after a major OS update. Otherwise give your device a few hours/days for everything to settle in from the update.

Camera change: To zoom, you must use PINCH TO ZOOM. Many reports of people wondering where the slider bar went.

I'm getting kitkat on my HTC one at this second in VIRGINIA way to go HTC and Sprint .

at&t does not have it OTA yet.
apparently this is ONLY sprint.

AT&T should be receiving it starting on Feb 11th, but it could possibly be later since the update is released in waves.

Big change to the tv app. Now all the controls are on one screen. It used to be split between three. Also, the What's On Now section is scrollable. Nice!

Downloaded. One thing I'm not liking so far is it looks like I don't have the option to disable the lock screen anymore. One thing I do like is the ability to turn off BlinkFeed. What other changes have you guys noticed?
