can't watch videos on my M7

I always get the error whenever I try to watch a video on YouTube, Whatsapp, browser etc. How do I fix it? Anyone else getting this issue? It's been happening a while lately. It won't work and maybe an hour later it'll work again.

What error do you get? Is it on wifi, mobile data or both? If wifi, does it happen on any network, or only certain ones? If mobile data, have you contacted your wireless provider to see if there have been any issues with the network? Or perhaps request a new SIM card?

It says something along the lines of trouble loading. Click to retry. It happens across different wifis and my data as well. It keeps coming and going I don't know what to do.
