Default after kitkat update cache data is stored in app data

I went to clear out cache data in my apps the other day and noticed almost all programs show 12.00Kb cache sizes, but the app data listed has grown to ridiculous sizes. Facebook, all Google programs, etc. Nearly every installed program. Facebook's shows its app data at almost 200 MB!!! Wtf?! It's less than a 15MB program, so clearly the cache files are being stored as app data, and therefore cannot be removed without wiping configs for the programs. Has anyone else come across this?

    HTC one m7, kitkat 4.4.2, sense 6.0

Default Re: after kitkat update cache data is stored in app data

After update to kitkat 4.4.2 ,the cache files are stored in app and can't transfer to SD card by 3rd party file manager, it's by Google's policy.
