Not able to update to 4.19.401.11 from 4.19.401.9

I am not able to do software update to 4.19.401.11 from 4.19.401.9 with stock root.
Please let me know if is there any way to do it, or anywhere i can get logs for error.

To clarify, you have rooted and you are trying to take an Over The Air update?

I am not much aware about these things , yesterday only I got this mobile.
Earlier I was using Windows.
Whenever I try to update OTA 4.19.401.11 it shows red triangle at the end of installation.

You will need to revert to stock unrooted before you can apply any OTA updates, otherwise it will not work.

As per my understanding it's brand new mobile so it must be stock rooted .If not so please provide any link to check it and make it stock rooted.

It should be unrooted, if you got it new. I am not sure what to suggest, but I can get someone who is better with HTC devices.

Please do it ,I tried with recovery mode (tried to install it manually) but still didn't work out.
I wasted my weekend over it.
