On my HTC updated to 4.4.3, why can't people hear me when I call them but they can hear me?

HTC update to 4.4.3 having voice call issues

Hi there. I need help urgently. I have an HTC one and after updating my android to 4.4.3 people cant hear me and neither can i hear them when making a voice call?? What should i do?? Please help!

I got this problem with HTC 6.09.401.10. I solved it by turning off fastboot and then reboot.

I've tried this and unfortunately, no joy.
Also tried using headphones, speakerphone and a Bluetooth speaker with no success. Yet YouTube etc. Works faultlessly... Same as you OP?

I find solution. Just uninstal Skype, Viber and silmilar aps one by one and problem solved.
