HTC Re Camera connection help?

Just bought a Re camera, and I have it charged, and have an micro sd card in it like is required. I am getting a connection error code b1, which has me reset the camera and turn off bluetooth and wifi on my phone (2013 Moto X). Has anyone else gotten this error code and fixed/ resolved it?

Uninstall the app & then reinstall it.
Reset your HTC Re Camera.
Rename your phone as HTC for Bluetooth pairing and try!
