Display won't turn off

My girlfriend just replaced her crappy Fascinate with the Rhyme. She really likes the phone but i have noticed that it does not automatically go into sleep mode while it's being charged. She has to press the power button to turn the display off. I have checked the settings and everything seems to be properly set but... Any suggestions?

You're talking about when she uses the docking station? Try settings>dock (or whatever it is - I don't have her phone in front of me). There may be some box you can uncheck in there.
