Has HTC delayed ICS for the Rhyme? No update, no info, and July's almost over...

They promised ICS for the Rezound with the same timeframe. The Rezound is, arguably, a more high priority device, and we haven't gotten it yet either.
There have been numerous ICS leaks for the Rezound, so I know that phone's update is close.
The problem, IMO, is that the Rhyme can barely handle GB. They're gonna have to optimize the crap out of the ICS version before it's stable enough to release. And that could take a mighty long time.
Bottom line: don't hold your breath. I hope I'm wrong.

my daughter has the rhyme, my understanding is that it would not get ICS because its a 3g only phone.

im sure the companies (not just HTC) figure that if the people on 3g only phones want ICS they will purchase new 4g phones. just a guess on my part.

HTC has issued press releases with all the different models that will get the ICS update, and the Rhyme is on the list.
