Frozen?

Last night I plugged in my Rhyme to charge it and woke up this morning wondering why my alarms didn't go off. I looked over at my phone, still plugged in, and the orange light is still on. So I unplugged it and the light is still on, but not blinking. The screen wont turn on when I push any button. I've tried holding it down to power it off but no length of time holding it down does anything.I've also tried holding down the volume button with the unlock button and again- nothing. I've looked for answers online but I can't find anything! thanks in advance for your help!
