    Default Htc Rhyme won't update to ICS. Why? Can you help?

    Hi all, I received a HTC Rhyme today. Bought on a whim, its a US version supposedly but documents inside look like the are in Czech . Unlocked. But it won't update to ICS 4.0 and it is meant to. it's running software: 1.29.401.11 and on HTC sense 3.5 currently on Android: 2.3.5
    On the latest Play Store: 3.10.10

    But no updates

    Can you help?

    The Rhyme hasn't been updated to ICS in the US.
