Hello everybody && Thanks in advance for the help.

I returned home from a deployment and went out and bought this phone. An HTC Vivid, works great up until yesterday. I noticed whenever i typed it would add an extra character when I hit a button. Even whenever i hit the erase button it occasionally puts an extra character or two on the screen.. It's rather annoying to constantly erase and try again to type.... and erase again. I've restarted the phone multiple times without success. I've looked online and can't find any help, so I came here. Any idea anybody?

Which keyboard are you using? The stock Touchtype? One you downloaded from the market?
