I'm new to my Vivid coming from a BackFlip this is very different. I'm having a couple issues.
First off I joined the group to figure out why I don't get internet connection only on wifi setting, even though I set the roaming feature. I've gone thru and read many posts and seen where some were referred to check General Knowledge Thread - xda-developers
I checked that the AT&T PTA settings seem correct. Can it be that I bought an unlocked phone off of Ebay and coming from a 3G BackFlip my data isn't compliant? Or is it a simple setting? I'm not a techy person so really appreciate the help.
Now, I'm experiencing an issue on the face lock screen when I typed in a password to enter my phone and when coming back to it, it is not recognizing that word. I'm guessing maybe with that small keyboard maybe I typed the original word in wrong by touching the wrong pad??
Is there any bypass so I can use my phone again?
