warranty replacement being shipped...easy transfer?

i have my contacts and calendar on google. what do i need to do to make the transfer to a new device easy? coming from blackberry where we just uploaded to the desktop software and downloaded to the new device. thanks for all help.

As soon as you log into your Google Account, it should sync your account info (contacts, calendar, GMail, etc.) in a matter of minutes.

how about settings? it has taken me hours to get this thing fine tuned the way it is. and things like my personal word library? I looked at HTC sync and that doesn't seem to do that stuff.
