Wi-fi and Mobile Network randomly re-enable.

My phone will be idle not touched for multiple hours and they will randomly enable again even if I disable them multiple times.

There've been several discussions about this - ranging from an Android bug to an intentional feature to automatically know which network you want based on your location and enable it for you. Either way, it ranges across custom ROMs as well as HTC's stock nightmare. I've decided to just live with it...
