    Default Wifi Hotspot

My Wildfire S' Wifi hotspot doesn't seem to be working through Orange.

My Iconia recognises it and log's in but nothing happens and it doesn't go online.

Anyone any ideas on how to fix this?

Is it officially recognized by Orange to be a feature you're paying for? Seriously though, phone companies try hard to disable that stuff.

Two apps come to mind for infrastructure wireless tether, and those are FoxFi and Wireless Tether For Root Users. The first one doesn't require root; obviously the second one does. If that didn't work, Barnacle is almost guaranteed to, which should be fine for wireless tethering computers at least.

...I'd tell you more, but unfortunately firsthand and even secondhand experience is something I require regarding this phone and wifi tethering. USB tethering is almost a given, at least.

I have one problem with my wildfire phone. When I use as HotSpot and connects that with my laptop it really works very slow.

What can be the solution for same? Can anyone please explain me? Thanks in advance.

Root the phone. Then download WiFi tether or barnacle.
