I bought the Huawei Mate 7 in May 2015. I began emailing Huawei a month ago about my dead charger. The only ones to respond were Huawei USA. They gave me contact info. for Huawei International Support Team, who they state handles all tech support issues related to my phone. They are based in China. I emailed them 5 times. My phone has a 1-year warranty BUT I have not received any response from this Huawei department. It appears that Huawei is not concerned about providing customer support. Does anyone know how to get support for my phone?
