Bug discovered in Whatsapp app for P8 Lite ALE-L21, Android version 5.0
When I tap to play a received voice message, nothing happens, the
timeline of the message keeps static, only show the bright of the play when I tap it. I only hear my own voice messages. In the PC web version of whatsapp I can hear received messages with no problem.
I don't know if this information will help but, when I send back to my friend the received voice message, and access the media in the menu of our chat interface, as I tap the message of 11 seconds, it turns into a message of 241:02:51 (241 hours, 2 minutes and 51 seconds) > prntscr . com/ 883in7 , and I can't play eitherway. It's like the Huawei can't recognize the format of the received voice message. It's really strange.
Can someone help me please? I will appreciate your help, and sorry for the bad english ><
