Please help me.
sometimes my phone is difficult to open.it takes a long minute before it open.and when i insert a memory card its automatically shutting down.also i cannot open my installed app but before i can use them.Its always tell that application is stoped.thanks if someone will share an answer to me.i really need help on how to fix this because theres no celphone repair shop in taiwan.thankyou godbless

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

The SD card might also be corrupted, if it causes the system to crash. Try inserting it into a computer using a fullsize SD adapter (very cheap to buy if you don't already have one: Amazon.com: SanDisk microSD to SD Memory Card Adapter (MICROSD-ADAPTER): Computers & Accessories), then running chkdsk: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html

I tried it but i did not continue because i can not understand .it is in chinese language.how can i change it to english language?thanks

I'm pretty sure that from a powered down state, he's pressing and holding the Power button, the Volume Up button, and the Volume Down button all at the same time until that recovery menu comes up. Then use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe Cache Partition, and press Power to execute. Once it's done, highlight Reboot System Now and press Power again.

No.but my sd card that im using now is new but still automatically shut down my phone.

Still worth doing a chkdsk on the card.
